Shipping Information

All orders are carefully wrapped in eco-friendly packaging to make sure your ceramics arrive safely. I ship with Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked as standard, so once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details to keep an eye on its journey.

I aim to have your order packaged and sent out within 3 working days. During busier times (such as product drops or holiday seasons), dispatch may take a little longer — thank you for your patience!

Breakages: Every piece is wrapped with care, but ceramics can be fragile. In the unlikely event that your item arrives broken, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, and I’ll be happy to help.

 

Returns & Refunds

Each ceramic piece is handmade with care, so small variations in shape, size, or glaze are part of what makes your item unique. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the breakage and packaging. I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement (where possible) or a refund.
